This brand reached out to us to help breathe new life into their website design in conjunction with the rebranding of their packaging. The purpose of this project was to create a site that was visually appealing and easy to navigate, creating a space where users want to take time to explore. This was a fun challenge in reimagining the site through a more youthful, energetic, and engaging lens.

Challenge:

With Email Marketing and Social Media running smoothly, Fame On Central was ready to take their digital strategy to the next level. They came to use with hopes of enhancing customer experience, improving engagement, and streamline operations. We helped introduce them to a variety of tools and third-party applications that worked together to drive growth and improve overall efficiency.

Objectives:

  • Improve User Experience: Start with wireframes to simulate the user journey, and map out a variety of different paths.

  • Increase Conversion: Create a website experience that is welcoming to customers, and seamlessly guides them through their journey to purchase.


  • Take Inspiration from Packaging: Work directly with the brand’s team to ensure all visual branding is aligned with their new style guide.

Objectives:

  • Seamless Integration: Set up and connect each third-party app to ensure smooth functionality across Fame On Central’s digital ecosystem.

  • Team Onboarding & Management: Train the Fame team on best practices for utilizing each platform while overseeing initial implementation.

  • Optimize & Refine:Monitor performance, gather insights, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
